Paints and wheels are assigned to different levels of rarity, including Common, Rare, Epic and Legendary (like Tuning Parts), which are all displayed by their corresponding background colors: black (owned by default), silver, gold, purple and blue. These can be obtained in different ways, such as earning them from chests, purchasing offers from the shop for real-world currency, or earning them from public events.
